| well done on your excellent result! i'm on day 7 of induction, day 3 and 4 were really tough! i made it through, feeling better, ketostix show light pink, but get hungry mid afternoon which can be a sturggle - haven't cheated so far tho! i have 10-15lbs to lose just wondering how other people managed on induction? how long did it take to feel like weight had been lost and how can i curb my cheese addiction?? i have the 4oz per day but crave more!! |
