| Get a journal. Throw away all the crap in the fridge and cupboards.(if you can , I have kids and they love their cookies and whatnots) The first 2-4 days are kind of tough, but if you are committed you will succeed. After the first 48 hours I was in ketosis. I bought the pee strips and they keep me motivated. I love the color purple! LOL! You have lots of support here! I wish you the best. Good luck. Lisa

| The best advise I can give you is to buy the book and read it over and over and over again to help you understand the diet and ensure your success.
