| Hi Lisa! Glad to have you back on this WOE and on this forum. Good luck to you. You did it once before and you can do it again for sure! There is also a forum for those of us on the second time around. Check us out. And kudos to you for getting back on this WOL. If you feel better at your 125 weight vs your weight now then go for it. Better to nip it at the butt now and not when you reach your HW again. Good luck to you!!!!
