I am new to this board. I have finally gotten tired of failure. I have been lurking and stalking this board for years. Now it is do or die. I am like a lot of people. I have read most Low carb books, researched theories,articles and know more than a lot of dietitians/doctors (including my own doctor) on the benefits of a low carb lifestyle. I am diabetic, high blood, allergic to dairy, gluten and nuts. Choosing to a low carb diet takes much research when one has the number of food allergies/ailments that I posses. I started low carbing on 1/19/09 and as of today the scale is down four pounds (water of course) Yeah. So watch my smoke, Your smoke and Everybodies smoke as we low carb ourselves to into the future.
