| Hi Jason, My name is Aline, I'm in WV too. I just went back onto induction after gaining back about 55 lbs in just a few months. (I got laid off from the best job ever). I've done it before, so I know it works, but just getting started seems to be the hardest part for me. Today is day 4, I'm doing ok. I don't know if I've lost any weight yet because I haven't weighed myself, but my keto sticks are turning pink! It's really hard to find any support around here... If I just mention the Adkins diet someone starts lecturing me on how unhealthy it is, although they've never seen a fat day in their life. So I'm trying to log in as much as possible because there's lots of moral support here, and that's exactly what I need. Anyway, good luck! Log in often, and remember to take your fish oil. Aline

| Welcome to the board, Jason! Congratulaions on your weight loss! That's fantastic! You will find that after a few days, your appetite will lessen and that will help ward of eating out of boredom. This diet is great because it takes away all those cravings for things we shouldn't be eating. It fills us up and leaves us satisfied with smaller portions so just stick with it and it will work for you. |
