I'm Johnathan, joined bc everyone on here seemed to be pretty helpful. I started the induction on 1/13 @ 238, It's now 1/22 and im @ 222, but been stuck here for 3 days and havent lost a pound. Trying to find some new dishes that are not boring, so if anyone has any suggestions plz let me know!

Hey! Welcome to the board! You should start your own journal in the Journal Chats area, cruise by other peoples place, and get to know people on here, they will be your biggest motivator. Feel free to swing by my journal (link posted below). Your doing great so far, just keep chugging along.
