| Nice to meet you. I hear you on carb creep. And peanut butter ... Enough said. Tonic water contains sugar so make sure you get rid of that one. Sounds like low carb works well for you.

| Thanks Liv, I don't touch tonic anymore...given up my sins, thank-goodness! I always had the low cal version which hopefully was not too bad pre Induction. Peanut butter is not allowed in the house at all, I don't think I would touch it now anyway, no desire to want sweet things. Cheers S x |
