hello everybody
im not new to atkins,i always been lost weight with atkins or mainteined my weight.but since i got prego and gained 60 lbs and 20 before that from related hormon pills,i have problems)lol
i started my atkins jan 01,i managed to lose 11 lbs so far and a good few inchens)i stalled the last 8 days..dunno why,but inches still comming off.some anyways.i kinda dissapointed ,i tought i would lose 20 lbs in a month...but i have 1 more week to go for the month so,i dont think if i will lose 9 -10 lbs that soon)anyways,my name is silvia and im happy to be here so i have some support,because nobody else would))))))))))))lol
im 32 years old 5.8 tall ,and right now 189 lbs.
i started on january 01th with 201,and my post prego weight was 240 i think...its been almost a year iam the same weight...but around xmass i got a 10er on,i wasnt very happy for.
my goal weight is 150,and if i reach that then 138lbs
nice to meet u guys,and thanks to listening to me)
oh one more thing,im originally from europe so english is my second language,please excuse me if i write something wrong
