| Hi there, and good luck to you! I am also starting the atkins diet again today, but I have about fifty pounds to lose! There are some things that I would like everyone to try with me though! I want to start excersizing from home every day, just a half our to an hour walk if its not too cold Some activities to do so you dont fudge Reading. Excersizing. Knitting. Watching Kids. Do Laundry. Clean the House Everyday. Work. Yard Work. hope you reach your goal soon

| In my second week and feeling good.Appetite has diminished being in ketosis.Dragging my butt to the track and walking three miles a day and drinking more water than I ever have.Have 55 lbs to lose with goal by late may.I need support also and am willing to support anyone with this struggle.Phil |
