I am starting Atkins today. I lived the Atkins lifestyle a few years ago and lost about 50 lbs. I gradually put it all back on. This wasn't due to a failure of the diet, but instead my eating habits.

I have about 130 lbs to lose and will need support getting there. Nice to know ya!

Hi there, and good luck to you! I am also starting the atkins diet again today, but I have about fifty pounds to lose! There are some things that I would like everyone to try with me though! I want to start excersizing from home every day, just a half our to an hour walk if its not too cold It really does help with the weight coming off a lot faster.

Some activities to do so you dont fudge

Reading.
Excersizing.
Knitting.
Watching Kids.
Do Laundry.
Clean the House Everyday.
Work.
Yard Work.

In my second week and feeling good.Appetite has diminished being in ketosis.Dragging my butt to the track and walking three miles a day and drinking more water than I ever have.Have 55 lbs to lose with goal by late may.I need support also and am willing to support anyone with this struggle.Phil
