| yeah dont rely on the induction "foods" like snacks and shakes. not good for you.... but just readt he book and keep yourself straight. use fiitday, or do what I do: i cary around a calendar notebook which lets me write in things daily, and i write in my food and water and exercise count. it keeps you honest.

| Hiya Bob and welcome to the ADBB! Good to have you with us here. You're so right... those low carb "frankenfoods" are for the most part not induction friendly at all. I'm sure you'll find your progress smoother without them. Post lots and keep us up to date as to your progress. We're behind you all the way!

| Thanks for the welcome. How in the world I missed this site (since I have been an avid atkins supporter for years) I do not know. This place is great, mainly because it is hard to find people on other diet/fitness sites that are true believers in the diet. If they would only try the diet, they would figure out quickly how much faster results would come. Once again, thanks. |
