| I liked the movie. But I like lars von trier. He is probably not everyone's cup of tea. I lost most of it in the four first months.

| cool- i might try it (the 5 k!) I know about the weights but i cant get started... i know its only the first 2 weeks that are bad but do you know the feeling of just cant get yourself downthere. Maybe it try next week with the weights - small steps you know |

| Small steps are good. Here is a u tube video I started with. It got me hooked. I had no weights so I used water bottles or canned peaches YouTube - 10 min pilates sclupting-full
