First, welcome to the board!

Now going down to business... :P
How much chocolate are you allowed during induction? The (sad) answer is none! Here is the list of foods acceptable in induction:
http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...induction.html (What foods can be eaten on Induction?)
Dr. Atkins "forgot" to add chocolate to the list. (joking)

So no chocolate for now. There are however legal desserts you can make. Did you know about Linda's website? She has some awesome recipes there. Here's the link to it:
Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Home

I guess you don't have the book if you live in DK (I had a hard time finding it in Germany, too), so you might want to read the "sticky" threads in the induction forum:
Atkins Diet 14-day Induction - Atkins Diet

Happy losing and ask questions whenever you are not sure about something!

You should eat until you are not hungry anymore. The number of calories depends on your height, weight, metabolism, daily exercise, etc.

It is possible to lose 11 kg in a month by eating chocolate. I don't say it isn't. But while it might work for some, it doesn't work for everybody. Moreover, the point of Atkins is not only losing weight, but learning new, healthier eating habits. This involves giving up chocolate, at least for a while, and concentrating on natural, unprocessed foods.

Do induction by the book for two weeks, so that you are then able to determine as accurate as possible your level of metabolic resistance. Then climb up the rungs and add foods back. In OWL, you will be also able to have a piece of sugar-free chocolate every now and then (make sure it is sweetened with one of the allowed artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols... but keep in mind that sugar alcohols may affect blood sugar levels in some people).

Are you having lunch at all? I'm not sure how much salad you have for dinner, but you should be eating 3 cups of veggies a day. A cup is equivalent to a 225 mL cup of coffee.

I'm sorry, but I can't figure out what "sourges" is/are... so I have no idea if it's legal or not.

Im not putting everything i eat on a scale but the veggies ang salad i eat in a day is aprox the right amount. (from what i can read i the book)
Yes a have lunch, a can of tuna og cold meat or something like that with a bit af salad.
sausages?? maybe you can guess i now?? hehe
My resistens is normal i think - some years ago i lost 3,4 kg in the 2 weeks of induction (im 30 now and 169cm 71kg) my total goal is to get down to 60-62kg.

Hahaha! Yes, "sausages" I know. :P

Your degree of metabolic resistance might chance in time (e.g. increase as you age or decrease if you start exercising more), so you'll have to see how much you lose this time after the first two weeks are over.
