| Hi Denyse and welcome to . Glad you found us. I hope you have the book and have read it and continue to read it. Check the board often and read, post and enjoy. The people here are wonderful, I've never experienced such friendly helpful people as here.We have lots of exercise challenges to join, they do help to keep you going everyday (although a 4 year old is an exercise challenge in itself...LOL). Drink plenty of water to keep your system regular and everything running freely!! If you have questions, ask them, someone will answer quickly. Hope to see you around!!

You know, one of our big time looser said that the numbers are really not that important, its changing our diet to a healthier way of eating.
