Just a quicky I guess, quite clearly I'm new here!
I'm currently on extended induction/OWL I guess? I did my two weeks, have moved onto the concept of OWL, ie climbing the rungs and introducing foods, but have kept my carb grams lower.
I've gone from 145lbs - 134lbs so far and my goal is 125lbs.
The main issues I'm finding with the diet so far are firstly that I've always been a calorie counter and am never sure how many I should be eating, or if it matters? An obsession with Diet Pepsi which I know should be a no-no, and a lack of vegetables and salad as carbs.
I'm also prone to an emotional over-eat every so often when I'm low, this is something I've been able to hold off all but once (got straight back on and hopefully won't happen again
