Hey everyone ! I've been reading the boards for the past couple of days and decided to join and attempt to change my life.

I'm a 23 year old college student.

I'm 6'0 255 lbs. My goal weight is 200-210 pounds. I'm new to the diet and have plenty of questions that I will post.

I look forward to learning more about the diet and the boards members.
