new kid - sorta

Mare here, I've been reading these board for some time, but haven't really posted before. I started Atkins on 3/28/08 and lost 25 lbs, only to regain it all back (plus 1).

I'm back again and hoping to not lose sight of my goal this time. Thanks for all of the great info and support that this site offers!

Hey Hipp, nice to meet you, too! I am on induction and plan to stay on it for a while as I have so much to lose. If anything, I may move on to rung one of OWL and add extra veggies after 2 to 4 weeks on Induction.

Are you on induction?

yes I am still on induction, well, the 2 weeks would be over today - but I will stay some longer on induction. I have a lot to loose too.
