Hi my name is Sara I am new to this forum but not the diet. I am here because I'm tired of saying I want to lose weight. I have tried this way of eating before and It really works. I just want to stay focus and committed to this way of eating. Need and want to lose around 30 to 35lbs. I'm just introducting myself.

Hi Sara! Welcome to the group. I'm a newbie too and my initial weight loss goal is 25lbs, so we're pretty close as far as that goes.

Are you in induction?

Yes I am in induction. The first couple of days were hard. But it is getting alot easier now.
