| Wow! Great start! We were the same starting weight, but I can only wish I was having the same luck as you lol. I did it before, and got down to 134 in 3 or 4 months, but you have just zoomed ahead! Well done

| Congrats! That is outstanding. Can you tell me a couple of your daily meal plans- I would like to see if I am on track with other Atkins people. Are you still doing induction? |

| Thanks for the support! I usually have a egg and a couple pieces of bacon for breakfast. My husband found me Low Carb bread that has 9 carbs in a slice so I have a half of sandwich for lunch which is awesome to eat some bread Lol. And for dinner, I have a chicken salad and I snack on String Cheese and dried salame when I feel like Im going to break. |
