| Hi, Julie, Welcome!!!! Which ticker site are you trying to use? If you haven't already created an account, you will have to set up a new one before you are able to login to it. It's wonderful that both you and your husband are going on Atkins together. Be sure to check out the recipe section here and at Linda's Low Carb recipes. That will keep your meals good tasting and interesting and keep you from getting bored. |

| It may be hard the first few days but don't give up, it's worth it. I strayed off this WOL a number of time, and although it may taste good going down, it makes you feel like crap |

| Made it thru day one without a hitch! I really didn't crave carbs. I sure did spend a lot of time in the bathroom tho. ha! |
