| welcome! Its the same for me too- all about the food. I can work out 6 days a week really hard but if i am eating carbs the lbs don't come off- really frustrating~!

| thank you both! and im patiently waiting for the whoosh fairy and hoping that my hard work pays off. I was getting very discouraged when i was sweating my butt off with no immediate results. I had a copy of Dr. Atkins book and over Thanksgiving rediscovered it when trying to find Christmas decorations. I wanted to work out, and get into the habit of working out before i introduced any food changes. I am hopeful! |
