Stick at it and the scales will start to move again. I know how you're feeling, I went through that stage for six weeks but am hoping I'm now through the other side. Just check your cheese, cream etc. carb intake is OK and hasn't crept up x

Well I congratulate you on your weight-loss already! Just remember that you're doing this to change your life and you'll stick to it. Your family is like mine, except Celiac Disease, Diabetes, and some type of cancer, all run in my family. Which has made me want to do this, but unfortunately, because of my age, I can't do it. Good luck, though! I really hope you do good.

Welcome, kpayseur! It looks like you are off to a great start. Congratulations on beginning an exercise program! That's a BIG boost on your road to a healthier you! Don't worry about being stuck. It happens to most of us. Just keep eating properly and exercising and it WILL come off!

Zarabelle, Thanks for the kind words. I joined the web site in need of support and never dreamed that it would come so quickly. Again thanks, kpayseur

ineedhelp324, I'm not sure what your age has to do with the program, is there an age limit. Thank you for the congratulations and for the encouraging words. kpayseur
