Hello everyone!! I started Atkins again on Monday for a second time. I did it a few years ago and lost 30 pounds. Gained it back and then some...ugh this time I AM going to stick with it. Thanks to everyone for the encouraging stories, that absolutely helps. I'll take any advice I can get!!
