Hello everyone!
I started induction 1 week ago and I have lost 12.2 lbs so far. I almost fell over when I weighed myself this morning!! But I have alot of weight to lose so I figured it would come fast in the beginning. I'm in for a long journey but I know if I take it day by day I will reach my goal.
I haven't had any real bad "induction flu" systems as of yet. I am hoping I don't get any at all, lol. I work at a convenient store and drank at least 1 iced mocha (with tonz of chocolate and caramel) a day. Not to mention my daily fix of candy bars and chips. I ate way to much sugar and I am glad I am handling the detox well. I feel so much better with all that junk out of my system. I have actually been sleeping SO much better the past few nights too.

I am so glad I found this board. I am looking foward to making new friends. I'm also looking foward to getting and giving as much support as I can.
