| Like you I planned ahead and got my mind right before starting.I was prepared for the shock of a drastic change.I can actually say it has been very enjoyable so far.No boredom .I read the book years ago but it has been long lost.With the internet it is very easy to google why?Just remember 2-3 lbs a week loss is very good.You can do this. |
