| Cathy, one problem with this WOE is that you very possibly will not see any change after the first week or so and the reason is your body is adjusting to this new way of eating and so the scales don't move. Saying that, often the tape measure does, so you might want to measure yourself or try on those tight jeans every so often to see how they fit. Welcome, glad you found us |
