| Hiya Summer! Nice to meet ya! Good for you for coming back to Atkins. It'll work as well as it did before, for you, I'm positive. Follow the programme to the letter and you'll soon be an "after".

I always see the best and fastest results when I follow Atkins...but this time I am following Atkins permantently. I know the biggest thing that helps my weightloss on Atkins is drinking at least 64oz of water and making sure that I get 15-17 carbs from vegtables a day. I HTH! |
