| I got through it.It seems like it was harder then the first day. Breakfast 2 eggwhites 1 Egg 1 tbsp of goatcheese Snack: Protein shake Lunch : 4 Drummettes With ranch dressing 2 cup of lettuce Snack: 5 Black olives Dinner 1 cup of Broccoli 4oz of salmon snack Sugar free jell-o That was my meal plan but I must say I was still very hungry and wanted toast or a bagel.... I hope it gets easier. Thanks for the support. You all are awesome |

| I find that the second day is harder too. I think it's because our body is just realizing it isn't getting its usual 'fixes' and that's when the cravings start. But once you're through the day, it usually gets easier so keep the faith! |

| If you get hungry - just eat plenty of legal items. You need to stabilize your bloodsugar and going hungry will not help you. Also be weary of items with artificial sugar such as jello and protein powder - they may stimulate your appetite.

| I don't think your eating enough. If you can eat whole eggs, avoid the protein shakes and eat more food. Also, don't feed the sweet tooth and ditch the jello |
