| well you don't have to count calories, but you should "control" them (basics are you should not eat more calories that what you're actually burning). But mainly on induction is to worry about eating around 65% Fat..so Wings specially if you cook them are great inclusive with a cup of Viggies or a Salad. |

| Thats right, no counting calories on this plan, especially during Induction. Just check out labels and carbs and and thats all. |

| Hi Italianbella You're not alone in trying to get your head round the idea of cooking with Fat! This is my third time on Atkins - I'm planning to stick with it this time - but I clearly remember the first time, standing over the frying pan with a bottle of oil in my hands - with years of trying to eat low fat making me almost scared to put the fat in the pan! Each time I have done Atkins (and that certainly doesn't put me in the expert category - more a repeat tryer Good Luck CP |

| Thanks CP< It just seems like it won't happen (the weight loss that is) if I put fat in my diet. Like you said I am going to trust it and what everyone has been saying. Thanks so much for the great words of wisdom, Thank you ! |
