| Thanks ,for the message. I am planning to weigh myself after 2 weeks , as i want to see some results on the scale or else will leave me disappointed . Can I take onion with fried eggs , normally how many eggs per day is recommended ?, Thanks |

| Do you have the book? It is a really good resource. It tells you what you can eat. So as you can see after reading these. You can have some onion and there is not limitation on eggs.

| Thanks friends for your support . I was going quite smoothly , when yesterday was so desperate that I took some cashew nuts ...anyway still not giving up and trying to get back to induction, today . I can see that I do feel lighter , but my weighing scale just shows 1 kg down . I was expecting to lose atleast 3 kgs (a bit too greedy!) morning bfast : I take one egg and sausage with some cucumber and tomato slices lunch is mostly veg + fish/chicken dinner is eggs+some vegetables. I am scred , I may end up with cholestrol with such high amount of eggs consumed |

| Niki, here is something to read about eggs: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...olesterol.html (Eggs do NOT increase the level of blood cholesterol) You don't write the quantities, but are you sure there is enough fat in your menu? You should aim for 65% fat, 5% carbs and 30% protein during induction.
