Hi Everyone! Well I'm new to ADBB. I am on day 18 of Atkins and have decided to do an extended induction. Up to this point I have lost 8 pounds and that is very exciting to me. Losing weight has always been a struggle for me but Atkins has really given me a very different outlook on it. In these past 18 days I have seen a dramatic difference in myself. I have so much more energy, I don't have many cravings and I don't have much of an appetite. For someone that loved to eat not only when she was hungry or bored or emotional or sometime just becasue this is very significant. My ultimate goal is to loss 50lbs and hopefully I will be able to attain that before year end. So I have 42lbs to go!!!!!

I am very proud that i have stuck to this and I cant wait to see what the future has in store for me....

Hey, I'm proud of you, too! It sounds like this WOE (way of eating) certainly agrees with you, and you are doing a great job!

I am on day 12, and feel exactly as you do! I am down 6lbs, and just feel overall better. Good luck on your journey, and look forward to seeing more of you!
