| Hi there Merrilee! From a fellow Canadian! As hard as it can be when those cravings get ya... try having 2 glasses of water before eating that temptaion....it may be that you are actually dehydrated.... Also, look at the positive side... you had Strawberries...not bread, or cake or candy.... if you are having a really hard time letting go of the sweets... might i suggest a little cream chese blended with a pinch of splenda and cinnamon? it is like licking the icing off of the spoon...I just mix an ounce and enjioy... then there is no more, and my craving is gone Pleased to meet you! |

| Welcome Merrilee! Don't beat yourself up over little mistakes, just get right back on plan. Your best bet is to eat enough legal foods that you don't have to fight temptation, but we all slip up sometimes. The trick is to see it as a setback, not a failure. You can do it! |
