| Hi Tracey, It has been a week since I checked in. I had avery busy week with work and a very sick little boy. He is finally feeling better and this week will not be as busy at work as the last. Anyways...how are you making out? Im still sticking with it. I weighed myself this morning. I am down 9 pounds. Its not a lot, but a start anyways. Laura. |

| 1 14 oz can pure pumpkin 1 1/2 cups almond flour 4 eggs 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup oil 1 1/2 c. powdered splenda 1/2 tsp sugar free maple syrup Mix eggs and splenda well. Add oil and mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 11 x 17 cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 20 minutes. Let cool. I put about 3 to a ziplock baggie and froze them. I take one out a day. Enjoy. They are delicious and about 3 carbs a piece.
