| Thank you guys so much for the great support. I am doing really great! I have lost a total of 13 pounds so far. I am off to a good start! The reason why I got off the last time, and the time after that and so on, is because I was getting severe stomach pains. Feeling sick A LOT !!! I was thinking it was my gallbladder acting up from such a big change in my eating habits. I am not having such a big problem now, thank goodness! Hopefully my body will adjust to such a change and I wont have anymore problems, so I can stick to this. |
