| Welcome back! Four pounds in 5 days is great!!! Do add in your salad veggies from the allowed foods list. You are supposed to have 3 cups a day of the allowed salads, or two cups of salad and one cup from the "other vegetables" list. And be SURE you are drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. It's essential to lose the weight. Sounds like you are off to a great start! Glad you joined us! |

| well i eat alot of broccolli at night.. and i eat peppers red and green. i dont eat alot of salt. i acually hate salt .. |
