| Good on you Carrie for taking control of your life. I will be back on plan from tomorrow, after 2 years so maybe we can encourage each other. I've just stocked up on my Atkins friendly food for the week. I am a bit lost as to what I am going to eat for lunch as there is nofridge at work. Keep in touch

| Well hello ladies - Thank you for all the kind words. I start tomorrow -- I've just emptied my kitchen of high carb crap and kept the low carb. I just bought a whole varieties of meat from the meat man, so that should be good. Right now, I'm struggling - Just got let go from my job, so Im job hunting again, live by myself and try to stay above water and its hard. So here I am taking my life and eating habits on the right track once again. ![]() |
