There are lots of threads to read on just about any subject you are interested in under "forums" at the top of the page. Also, don't forget to drink at least 64 oz of water a day and get your body moving with some sort of exercise daily. Good luck on your journey!

| Hi and welcome. I have a 6yr old daughter and I found the hardest thing was to stop pcking from her leftovers, so now as soon as she has finnished I squirt fairy liquid over her plate, Temptation gone lol. Take care.x |
