| Thank you, I'd say that the weight gain wasn't because of neglect or changing diet, but from trying to gain muscle mass. With the "normal" diet I was constantly trying to get enough protein at the right time in the day to build muscle. I'll probably never be able to go back down to 155lbs and I hope I never do, that's just too skinny for my frame. I'll try and get pics up soon from me at my biggest, smallest, and current size so you guys can see my changes and give me some advice. |
