| Hi Rachel - nice to meet you. This is the place you need to be with everything that has happened in your life. I just wish I could have found the support I've found here when my father passed, I'm sure it would have saved me many pounds! When you get started it just seems so easy to keep going - the food is delicious so you don't get tired of just a few things to eat -- the possibilities are endless. Don't let yourself eat the same thing over and over, that just makes it harder to stay on plan.
