| You guys Rock! I see the success stories on here and it is amazing to see the transformations that happen on this diet. I look forward to getting to know you guys. I wake up each day thinking, "Another day towards my goal on Atkins diet, life is great!" I forgot to mention that I was also on weight watchers points system and even though I was following the plan, I had lost less than 3 pounds in almost a month! As some of you know, that is very discouraging, especially if you have like 90 # or more to loose..if you start doing the math.. it's a long time! Thank you all for your replies and your warm welcome. |
