| hi.. i am on day one of the induction phase i really hope it works i think if i could see some significant weight loss in just two weeks i would be more out to stick to it.. i saw that our starting weights were the same so if you dont mind keep me informed about how its going.. dont have any one here to help motivate me so maybe if i see you are losing weight it will motivate me lol... good luck... |

| Welcome to the board, swtiris! It's always nice to have a friend to diet with for motivation. Especially when you can see how well she's doing. Your workouts will definitely help speed your loss, so keep us posted on your progress. |

(What foods can be eaten on Induction?) if it's not on the list ..... it's not legal so don't eat it! Georgiana is right, there are so many people on the forum at anytime day or night all you have to do is get involved. Don't eat the same thing over and over - this WOE gives you so much variety you should never get bored with the same old thing. Try new recipes make up some of your own and if they are good, post them! Good luck on your journey!
