| Welcome to the board, mom24! I'm glad you have decided to join us here! Congrats on losing the 10 lbs and 3 inches! That's good for someone at your starting weight so don't be discouraged that it wasn't more. If you find that your weight stalls on extended induction, don't be afraid to move up to rung one because that's what happened to me. I started at a little above where you were and stalled on week 3 or 4 but started losing again as soon as I move on. You are doing a great job on your percentages so keep it up, and all that walking will certainly help speed your loss! So keep reading the forums and keep us posted on your progress. |

| You can have cream in your coffee and splenda -- just watch your totals for the day! You're allowed 2 - 3 Tbsp of cream and 3 packets of splenda daily. I drink decaf with splenda and cream. Congrats on getting here and starting on your road to the mom you want to be! Good luck on the journey ... I can't wait to see your progress!
