| Welcome -- glad to have you back! The best advise I can give you is to do a clean induction, exercise and drink at least 64 oz of water a day! That will set you up to loose the right way. Stay away from the protein bars and shakes that's not the way the book we follow was written! I hope you have a copy of the DANDR book -- if not try to get one as soon as possible and read it. Good luck and keep fighting!!
