Talking Here I go again :)

I'm happy I'm here and ready to commit to losing weight. About 5 years ago I did follow the Atkins lifestyle and got down to 155lbs. Due to lack of discipline, medical issues and medications I gained back my weight. I'm still on medications but I'm ready for the weight loss fight like a Pit Bull

Good luck to you! I'm starting a 2nd time as well. On the bright side, at least we know what to expect and that it DOES work.

Welcome -- glad to have you back! The best advise I can give you is to do a clean induction, exercise and drink at least 64 oz of water a day! That will set you up to loose the right way.

Stay away from the protein bars and shakes that's not the way the book we follow was written! I hope you have a copy of the DANDR book -- if not try to get one as soon as possible and read it.
