| Hi Red -- I've read from some of the "lifers" here that what you are experiencing happens to a lot of people -- it's the after induction stall. Go on to OWL and add an additional 5 carbs of veggies to your daily intake ... that should get you going again. I've been here since January but got sick and stopped losing, so I went back and restarted induction 2 weeks ago. I'd be happy to keep in touch with you and I'm sure you'll find others who will be helpful also Much luck to you on your weigtloss journey!

| Welcome to the board, Redgal! When I stalled after the first month, I still tried to stay on induction but didn't lost anything the 2nd month either, so I moved up to rung 1 and started losing again. I think the reason is that when you lose some weight your body goes into an adjustment period and you need to do something different to get it going again. That's just my theory, there's no science behind, but it worked for me. So give it a try and let us know what happens! |

| well that sounds like me too. I am on day 27 havent lost a pound since 3-19-2009 I have read so much about the stall it seems i have to move up a rung. so Yay more veggies. I check in every morning in roll call you can contact me anytime if you would like |
