| Hi Kavi my advice...read the book and follow it! The good doctor knew of what he spoke. Do a clean induction....no cheats....and you will feel so great, it'll be easier to continue! |

| Chicklady gave you the best advice. Read, reread and rereread the book and a squeaky clean induction will give you the best start possible. Don't ignore the importance of water and exercise either. It may take a few days to get going with exercise depending on how you feel in the very beginning but the exercise will certainly help you when the weight loss begins to slow a bit after the initial WHOOSH of pounds! Come here daily and post often!! Welcome! |
