| Glad you're here, Bill! Once you get off induction and start moving up the OWL rungs, no one will be able to tell that you are not eating a "normal" diet, except that you'll be doing away with the bread, potatoes and starchy things. | Hi Bill -- one piece of advise .... stay off the scales until induction is over. I hope you have the book and are reading it - drinking at least 64 oz of water a day and are exercising. Good luck on your journey
