Here for the diet and candida issues

Hello. I'm here because I've sought out the board for help with health problems I've had since I was about 4 mos. pregnant with my son, who is now 20 months. So yes, that's 2 yrs. on and off. It's been incredibly frustrating. Also, I'm still looking to lose 10-15 more lbs. from having my son, so I need to get on the diet train in a more strict manner. Glad to be here. I've seen a lot of posts that already have given me more insight on the dieting I've been trying to do.

Do you have the 2002 edition of the Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution? It's the book we go by here on the board and it's a must read because it explains why and how the diet works. It addresses the candida issue in detail. You can also read the Atkins Phases forum for lots of info until you get the book.
