| I don't know anything about prenatal vitamins... do they contain potassium? An irregular heartbeat can be caused by a potassium deficiency.

| Not a clue.... I'm reading the book but I'm just in chapter 6. I do know the basic do's & don'ts because of this site & YouTube videos. It just takes me longer to read these days because I work full time, & have a 15 mo. old son. The only time I have to read is when he goes to sleep at night. Of course, I read a little bit then knock out. I also read while on the treadmill, however, today was the exception because of how I was feeling. |

| You can use FitDay, DailyPlate or some similar online tool to track your foods. They will tell you how many carbs, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals, etc. you are consuming. If you post a menu, I can enter it quickly in my FitDay and see what I get.
