| Hi Nikki -- if you don't put the bars in the freezer throw them in the trash -- it's sad that so many of us buy them thinking we can use them and find out we can't! I had bars and shakes ready.....oh well! Stay on plan the rest of your induction and you should be fine. Good luck on your journey!

| Luckily I did buy just one bar to try it before I bought a whole pack....will I be able to use them at a phase of OWL or are they off limits altogether?? Thanks again so much for the welcomes! I am so excited I have made it to day 4!! This does get easier post-induction right? Right now I am having a lot of stomach pains at night...I figure its that "induction flu" everyone talks about. |
