| Hi Todd -- we're glad to have you back. You already know the basics but it's always best to re-read the DANDR book and memorize the rules and acceptable foods. Here is a link to the Induction forum: Atkins Diet 14-day Induction - Atkins Diet, there is a wealth of information there. I didn't find a forum for your particular medical problems, but here is the link for the General Health forum: Health Chat - Atkins Diet. You should go there and post a new thread to see if anyone has your health concerns. There is a forum called STAC (second time around club) you might enjoy that: Second Time Around Club - Atkins Diet I hope you find a way to get exercise into your daily life, drink at least 64oz of water everyday and enjoy the journey you have restarted. Good luck

| Nice to see you back, Todd.

I believe that the best way to overcome temptation is not with willpower, which is so often in short supply, but with our brain power, a potentially unlimited resource. Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!"
