1st day in induction. Excited and ready to go! (Newbie)

Hello everyone! I am very, very excited and happy to be here! My name is Dee and I have tried endlessly to lose 20 pounds (now 30) Forever! I am 34 yrs old and has finally reached my 1st career goal where I am happy! So I think it's about time I do the same with my health. I am tired of failing over and over again with so many different diets. I know in my heart that the bad carbs I have consumed is getting me no where but unhappy, over weight and tired! It is surly time for a change, and it starts with Atkins!! I will do this no matter what! I realize my goal will not be easy in the beginning but it will be worth it in the end! (life long) Day two here I come!!
